Common questions
How do I know which tier to pick?
Tiers are based on how much detail is in your design. A clean one-color set or simple French is Tier 1; chrome and a bit of art is Tier 2; detailed, colorful, custom work is Tier 3; and a fully maxed-out custom set is Tier 4. If you’re unsure, message Nae a screenshot of your inspo and she’ll tell you exactly where it lands.
Gel-X or acrylic — what's the difference?
Both give a strong, long-lasting set. Gel-X uses a soft-gel full-cover tip for a lighter, natural feel, while acrylic is a sculpted, extra-durable option that’s great for longer lengths and heavy 3D work. Not sure which suits you? Ask at booking and Nae will recommend the best fit for your design.
What does the price depend on?
Two things: your tier (the level of detail) and your nail length (Medium, Long, XL, XXL). Starting prices are listed above; Tier 3 and Tier 4 are quoted based on the specific design.
Do you remove a previous set?
Yes — add a soak-off / removal to your appointment when you book so enough time is set aside for it.
How do I book?
Everything is online. Pick your tier, choose a time on the booking page, and you’re set. For custom Tier 3 and Tier 4 designs, message Nae first to plan the look.
